We have been gilding picture frames and objects for over 20 years, also outdoors.
A distinction is made between weatherproof oil gilding, which is also used outdoors, and poliment gilding. Poliment gilding offers the widest range of picture frames.
An extensive inventory of antique sulfur molds allows us to give a gilded frame a very special look or to recreate a specific style. For this purpose, the gilding mass is mixed according to a special recipe and pressed into the sulfur molds. Then the decorations are released from the molds and modeled onto the corners of the frame.
