Delivery

Standard items and custom-made products are usually delivered by us within a maximum of 14 days, stock items in most cases faster. Delivery times for individual items are guidelines.

Of course you can also pick up the ordered goods directly from our shop in Hanover or Isernhagen.

Depending on the quantity and size of the items ordered, the items will be dispatched by parcel service or forwarding agent. We work with all well-known parcel services, but mainly with DHL, UPS and DPD.

Please understand that we only ship picture glass without picture frames up to a maximum size of 50 x 70 cm due to the risk of breakage!

Shipping costs Germany (without islands)

The shipping costs only apply once per order. Even with large and bulky packages or multiple packages.

There is no minimum order value!

Please understand that we do not ship to DHL Packstations because format problems and damage have frequently occurred in the past.

The shipping costs apply to deliveries within Germany (excluding islands). For deliveries abroad or island deliveries, please ask for the shipping costs.

If taxes, customs duties or fees are incurred when shipping to countries outside the EU, these will be borne by you.

Order value up to €100 = €6.90

Order value over €100 to €199 = €12.90

Order value over €199 to €299 = €16.90

Order value from 300 € = free of charge
